Goods refer to the items offered such as reusable kit for sale on our website (through our ecommerce partners, Advisors / Franchise and retail stores)
Orders mean a request by you to purchase goods including reusable practice kits and MADSmania Gym or other apps from us
Service refers to the services available through our website or apps
Website refers to MADSmania, accessible from https://www.madsmania.com/
You mean individual accessing or using the service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.
Sales Partners mean our network of online or offline sellers including app download platforms and MADSmania Advisors.
Your Order Cancellation / Replacement Rights
As an educational product & services, these products are not liable to cancel.
In case you get wrong product then it will be replaced.
However, if you have any see any physical damage as soon as you receive our reusable kits then please don’t accept the same at the point of sale or whenever it gets delivered to you if bought from our ecommerce partners. In case of you see any glitches found during learning process / content /flow in the apps (as technically there might be some issues in spite of best effort put in testing cycles)

Conditions for Returns / Replacement
In order for the reusable kit / goods to be eligible for a replacement, please make sure that:
• The Goods were purchased in the last 48 hrs.
• The Goods are in the original packaging
The following Goods cannot be returned:
• Reusable kits having no physical damage
• The app once subscribed can't be cancelled under any circumstances
• Return of app is not applicable
We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.
Only regular priced goods may be replaced. Unfortunately, goods on sale cannot be replaced. This exclusion may not apply to You if it is not permitted by applicable law.
Returning and getting replacement of Goods & App
You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the reusable kits (goods) to our sales partners. You should send the goods to the sales partner as per address provided by them.
We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipment.
If the Goods weren't marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the Order shipped to themselves to give it to You later, the replacement will be sent the gift giver.
Replacement method for Goods
• The product might get inspected by the sales partner online through any meeting platform of our choice.
• They will communicate the status of your replacement after the inspection.
• You will send the Goods at their address
• They will send the replacement
Replacement method for Apps
• Inform to us on the communication channel (email, WhatsApp or by any other official mean)
• We / our business partners / franchises will provide an authorise link to you to upgrade your app
• When you are upgrading the app, you must make sure that you have followed proper backup & restore process as mentioned or advised in our manuals (made available online) or by our technical team.
